I've been beginning to play Scout a lot more on tf2lobby and I've noticed I'm simply not doing enough damage with my shots. Are there any tips you guys can give to improve aiming as Scout?
I've been watching some 9v9s and I have yet to see a Pyro be pocketed by the medic or even receive some decent uber time for that matter. I can see why a Soldier or Heavy would be the favourable choice, but I do think a Pyro can accomplish quite a lot if pocketted by a medic. He might need somebody watching the Medic's back.
Not sure if any teams go for this strategy or if it's been tried out. Are there any maps where a pocket Pyro would be a viable option, maybe even just for one or two specific point captures?
Also consider a Kritzkrieg Pyro, they can deal a ton of damage.
I've been watching lots of Sniper POV videos of UGC matches, and noticed that most snipers line up a shot unscoped and then scope in for the kill.
Do you think it is better to look for a shot unscoped, scope in and then headshot, or scope in and then look and shoot?
Also, quick scenario: Badwater first point. You are the end of the tunnel, scoped it. You see a scout run from the left side to the right. You assume he will run back the other way. Is it better for you to track his head as he runs by, or put your dot in one place and wait for his head to pass by?
One is more about actual tracking with your mouse, while the other is more about reactionary shots.
Sorry if this worded very awkwardly, I don't play Sniper all that much. :P

I want to get an s market gardener, and Ive been practicing with the RJ, mantreads and gardener on tr_walkway, but how can I move freely through the air like in the youtube videos, and where should I aim to land when attacking? Where should my crosshair be when I'm coming down on them?
